OUR FEES POLICY

Baisel Educational Complex aims to provide a quality education to all students and for this to occur effectively the payment of school fees is essential. These fees and levies, the school sets the fees at a level that enables the provision of excellence in teaching and learning and ensure the effective functioning of the institution, the major part of the annual budget is allocated to the payment of salaries to teachers and other staff at the school.

In addition, the school must budget for on-going maintenance, refurbishment and new building projects amongst other expenses. It is vital that fees are paid on time to ensure the continued efficient financial management of the school. Parents have obligation to pay full school fees on time.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PAYMENT OF FEES

Parents or any other individuals who are party to a student enrolment acceptance agreement with Baisel Educational Complex are jointly and severally liable for the payment of a student’s school fees at the college and any other costs associated with student’s enrolment. This means any individual who signs the student enrolment acceptance agreement accepting financial responsibility is personally liable for the full amount owed to the school. The school may at its absolute discretion elect to pursue any signatory for the full amount owed.

School fees payment is due from the beginning of the school till mid-term of which full payment of the fees should be completed. If paying by direct debit, bank deposit, visa card or mobile money ensure your child’s name and class is used as reference.
Contact parent/guardian by mail, text message, WhatsApp message or phone call will be used to set up a compulsory payment schedule immediately to ensure the outstanding debit is finalized by the end of the current term.
Letters/Demand Notice will be sent to the parent to discuss the issue of the outstanding debt at a mutually agreeable time.
FEES PAYMENT GUIDELINES

All fees and levies should be paid at the administration. Please note that all fees paid and items bought are non-refundable. Part payment of fees must be made within a week of re-opening, with full payment required by the middle of the term. If full fees are not settled by this deadline, the school management will take appropriate disciplinary action.

NON-PAYMENT OF SCHOOL FEES

Where fees are not paid by the due date they will be considered overdue. Parents who are unable to pay fees fully the due date are expected to contact the college to make alternative arrangement which respect the prince of reciprocal obligation.

Overdue of school fees Accounts and Debt Collection Procedures.

In justice to families who pay their full school fees regularly and on time, Baisel Educational Complex will follow-up all overdue school fees account. If Baisel Educational Complex cannot resolve outstanding school fees account, debt collection procedure including legal action, will be undertaken to recover the amount owning.

EXTRA CURRICULAR SCHOOL ACTIVITIES

Parents will not ordinarily be permitted to enroll their learners in non-compulsory extra curriculum paid activities unless the agreed school fees have been paid.

SYNOPSIS OF PAYMENT POLICY

Tuition fee: The admission fee (70%) shall be paid before offer letter can be granted after passing entrance examination.

Text Books: The textbooks and learning materials shall be paid for in full before a student get access to classroom.

NB: The Directors reserves the right to raise the scale of fees during the course of the academic year. In such instance, prior notice will be given the parents before any changes in fees are made.
